BIMARKS continues an active August work week across two projects. The main asphalt work is complete and kerbs are installed at Ādaži Secondary School, while paving advances across several Riga street sections.
Approaching completion in Ādaži before 1 September
The work is being delivered to a particularly tight programme so pupils have safe, convenient access to school for the start of the academic year. We first prepared and compacted the path bases, then installed the kerbs and laid the new asphalt surface.
The principal surfacing work is complete. Connections, edges and final reinstatement now continue so the finished route is durable and sits neatly within the school grounds.

Asphalt paving continues across Riga
Together with our construction partners, asphalt paving continues on Riga pavements and street sections. The new surface is already in place on some work fronts, while the BIMARKS team advances base preparation, kerbs and connections elsewhere.
Work is divided into stages around traffic, pedestrian movement and access to neighbouring properties. This allows several work fronts to move forward and completed sections to be released progressively.

A tight programme with a clear result
