From a single repair to regular upkeep

A building's needs change with its use and the season. We can assess a specific defect, planned refurbishment or ongoing technical maintenance. The work plan follows a site inspection and the client's priorities.

Roofs, facades and interior work

We welcome enquiries for maintenance and repair of roof coverings, junctions, gutters and rainwater drainage. We assess facade, plinth and external element refurbishment, as well as wall, ceiling, floor and other interior finish repairs.

Before work begins, we clarify the cause of damage, access, suitable materials and working arrangements. Where a more detailed investigation is needed, its scope is agreed separately.

BIMARKS has specialists across trades and our own surveyors, involved according to the project. Where relevant qualifications are required, we assign certified professionals for that discipline and provide documents for the agreed scope.

From A to Z means coordinated delivery: assessing quantities, planning specialists and materials, carrying out the work and handing it over. Specific responsibilities and required project documents are confirmed before work starts.

Quality, acceptance and warranties

Our new warranty section explains how we agree scope, materials, quality checks and acceptance. Warranty conditions are set for the specific work and recorded in the contract.

Clients also receive clear contact arrangements after handover. If a defect is reported, we assess it and determine the next steps according to the cause and contract.
