Building maintenance, upkeep and repairs
Care for your building, from roof to courtyard. We bring together specialists across trades, plan regular maintenance and coordinate repairs through one point of contact.
BIMARKS welcomes enquiries from building owners, businesses and property managers. We can carry out an individual job or combine technical maintenance, roof and facade repairs, interior work and grounds improvements in one coordinated plan.
Roofs and rainwater drainage
We assess visible roof condition and maintain the elements that protect the building from rain. Repair methods follow the inspection and the specific construction.
- Roof covering and junction repairs
- Gutter and rainwater drainage maintenance
- Recording defects and setting repair priorities
Facades and external elements
We plan facade and plinth repairs around existing materials, the cause of damage, access and continued use of the building.
- Local facade and plinth refurbishment
- External finish and junction repairs
- Work area and access arrangements
Interior repairs and refurbishment
We repair and refurbish spaces to an agreed brief. Sequencing takes account of building use and the programme of other trades.

- Room and common area repairs
- Coordination of individual jobs or complete refurbishment
From A to Z — building and grounds
We connect building work with our construction services: concrete, earthworks, roads, paving and grounds maintenance. Our surveyors support the tasks required by the project.
