Area alone is not enough to price asphalt reliably. Cost depends on the existing base, loading, number of asphalt layers, machinery access, material logistics and connections to existing surfaces.
Compare the same scope
One site may be ready for paving while another requires removal, ground improvement, aggregate layers and chamber adjustments.
- base bearing capacity and levels
- one or two asphalt layers
- milling, cutting and disposal
- kerbs, chambers and existing-surface connections
Indicative BIMARKS ranges
Our calculator uses roughly €12–€18/m² for one asphalt layer on a ready base, about €2–€5/m² for basic preparation and about €6–€12/m² for an aggregate layer depending on thickness and delivery. These are planning ranges, not binding rates.
- continuous areas usually have better unit productivity
- small jobs carry a larger mobilisation share
- two-layer pavements are assessed layer by layer
- repairs also include milling, joints and traffic arrangements
